We've owned many homes since we began, and just like many homeowners and investors today, we've made our share of mistakes and found ourselves in some of the same situations that many are now facing.
My background (I'm Chris) is in building construction, advertising & marketing. Graduated from a trade school in construction in 1980 and have been remodeling my own homes ever since. Spent 25 years in corporate America in advertising and marketing as a professional problem solver.
Claudia has been in the sales industry for over 30 years. She has a natural ability to understand and work in some of the most difficult situations. She is warm, light hearted and truly a delight to work with.
Together, we will work our hardest to help our clients find, locate, assist, manage, negotiate, buy, sell, move, facilitate or prevent any situation they may encounter in becoming a home owner.

Personal Information & Background:
We've enjoyed living in Colorado Springs since 1995. Married for 18 years with eight children between us (yes - eight children), one grandchild and another on the way.
We love the mountains, gardening, remodeling, motorcycling and just about everything else under the sun. We started in Real Estate like many other home owners, buying a beat up property, refurbishing it, turning it into a home then selling it, repeating the process with an even bigger beat up property, remodeling it, and so on . . . You can see the pattern.
